• Account information: When you register, we collect your email address, username, and any profile photo you choose to upload.
• Experience posts: Photos you submit as proof of completed experiences, along with associated metadata such as the experience title and completion timestamp.
• Friend connections: Usernames or contact information you use to find and connect with friends within the app.
• User-generated content: Custom experiences, labels, and other content you create within the app.
• Communications: Messages or emails you send to our support team.

Information collected automatically

• Usage data: Information about how you interact with the app, including features used, experiences viewed, and session length.
• Device information: Device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and app version.
• Log data: IP address, access times, and pages or features viewed.
• Push notification tokens: To deliver notifications to your device.

With other users

Your username, profile photo, experience posts, and activity are visible to your Vivaly friends by default. If you have an Elite account with a public profile enabled, your public Polaroid collection and profile may be visible to all Vivaly users.

With service providers

We use third-party service providers to help operate the Service, including:

• Firebase (Google LLC): Authentication, database, file storage, and push notifications. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Apple Inc.: In-app purchases and payment processing via the App Store. Subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.

These providers access your information only to perform services on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for other purposes.

For legal reasons

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Vivaly, our users, or the public.

Business transfers

If Vivaly is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.

4. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing vivalyapp@gmail.com. We will process your request within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations.
